Pharmacy","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"多職種からなるNSTにおいて、薬剤師が他職種から現在どのように評価され、今後の業務にはどのようなことを期待されているのかを知るために本調査を実施した。\n方法は、2011年3月に九州中央病院のNST回診に参加した、薬剤師以外のスタッフを対象に、NSTにおける薬剤師に対する現状評価と今後に期待している内容について、5段階評価と自由記述によるアンケート調査を行った。\n5段階評価の結果より、現在以上に今後に期待されている項目としては、「栄養製剤の選択・適正使用法の指導」、「経静脈栄養剤の側管投与法の指摘」、「経静脈栄養剤と薬剤の配合変化の指摘」、「経静脈輸液ルート管理による感染防止」、「経腸栄養剤と薬剤の配合変化の指摘」、「栄養療法に関する合併症の予防・発症時の対応」、「栄養療法に関する問題点・リスクの抽出」、「在宅・院外施設での栄養管理法の指導」、「在院日数の短縮と入院費の節減」、「栄養素材・資材の適正使用による経費節減」、があげられた。一方、自由記述では、今後NSTで薬剤師に行ってもらいたい業務として、「コアチームに対するミニレクチャー」、「退院・転院後の患者の栄養状態の把握」、「チームの取り組みとして、経静脈栄養から経腸栄養へ、更には経口摂取を目指す」等があげられた。\n今回の調査により、薬剤師にはNSTにおいて、薬学的視点から栄養療法プランニングに関与し問題解決に取り組むことや、医療材料まで含めた安全管理の観点から幅広く業務を行うことが求められていることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"第一薬科大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00135346","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"02868016","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_subject_21":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"499.07","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_10002_text_25":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Hiroko
