 note = {Due to low medical service fee, it is said that community pharmacists don’t  participate actively in home medical care. The purpose of this study is to clarify validity of cost and medical service fee for pharmaceutical management in home medical care.  
Questionnaire survey for three community pharmacists who work at specialized home medical care in Fukuoka Prefecture were carried out during one month in July 2011.  The costs and medical service fees were calculated based on the pharmaceutical management service data collected .
As a result, in home medical care, in the “home”, it is necessary to visit 54 times per month, if we visit four people per day, we could become profitable for 14 days per month for community pharmacy. On the other hand, in the “elderly facilities”, it is necessary to visit 
7 times per month, if we visit one elderly facility per day, we could become profitable for 7days per month for community pharmacy. 
Therefore, to take profit at a relatively reasonable frequency of visits, it is said that medical service fees in the  “home” could be proper. On the other hand,  to take profit at less frequency of visits, it is suggested that medical service fees in the “elderly facilities”could not be proper, too high.},
